Firefox: All the Cool Kids Are Doing It!

Have you heard? Firefox 3 is being officially released on Tuesday. I’ve been testing this release since the fifth Beta, and I can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the changes. For an overview of Firefox 3, check out the full review by Mozilla Links. They do a much better job of explaining the changes than I ever could.

As I’ve stated before (indeed, you can see it in the sidebar), I am a browser zealot. I stand behind Firefox and have for years. Come Tuesday, I want YOU to download Firefox 3 and experience how browsing should be. But if that’s not enough to convince you, perhaps you’ll do it to help set a world record. From Spread Firefox:

All you have to do is get Firefox 3 during Download Day [Ed. Note: June 17, 2008] to help set the record for most software downloads in 24 hours – it’s that easy. We’re not asking you to swallow a sword or to balance 30 spoons on your face, although that would be kind of awesome.

It’s that simple! Now ask yourself: don’t you want to be in the Guinness Book of World Records? I thought so. See you on Tuesday! ^_^
